Soundtrack to Service
STUCK! The Anthem
A powerful country/rap single shedding light on the silent mental health struggles that affect veterans and everyone fighting invisible battles.

Why STUCK! Was Created
A Reflection of Silent Struggle
STUCK! was born from personal experience and the profound mental health struggles faced by veterans and countless others battling invisible wounds. The song serves as a raw, unfiltered conversation about feeling trapped — emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.
Drawing from the journeys of service members and those who serve today, MR created STUCK! as a powerful anthem that fosters understanding and empathy. This is not just a song about veterans — it's for everyone silently struggling with mental health, trying to live while battling demons that no one sees.
"Music has always been a powerful tool for healing," MR reflects. "Through STUCK!, I hope to empower others to find their voice and healing through this song and through connection."
The Message
"The release of STUCK! is a fitting tribute to those who have served, those serving, and everyone just trying to live — while oftentimes, silently battling mentally."
More Than Music
STUCK! breaks down stigma around mental health by giving voice to the unspoken struggles that connect us all. Veterans, civilians, service members — everyone deserves to be heard. This song, and the HUA movement it represents, is a call to listen, understand, and acknowledge that seeking help is not weakness — it's strength.
The HUA Movement
HUA — Heard, Understood, Acknowledged — exists to break the stigma surrounding mental health. Every veteran and every person deserves to be heard without judgment, understood without condition, and acknowledged for their strength in seeking help.
"The release of STUCK! is a fitting tribute to those who have served, those serving, and everyone just trying to live — while oftentimes, silently battling mentally."
